About Me:
My name is Dean Dyess, I got my first bike at the age of three, and I am currently 20 yrs old.
It has been a long journey, but I am finally living my childhood dreams to be pro.
Now I am training & getting ready for this years AMA East Coast Lites SX.
I'll riding a Suzuki RMZ-250 #730.

Training
My training consists of eating and drinking healthy.
Doing light weights in the gym followed up by a bunch of cardio.
Then practicing starts, corners, and jumps. I also do a bunch of motos on practice days

Goals
To train hard, stay healthy, and to make it to every single night program of the East Coast SX Lites.
My goal over all though is to be the very best all around person,
and conquer the dream I have been having since I was 3.
